A Carnival cruise ship has cancelled a port stop in the Caribbean due to a technical issue that limits the ship’s ability to safely maneuver during the docking process. Carnival Cruise Line ’s newest cruise ship, Carnival Horizon, cancelled their scheduled port stop in Amber Cove, Dominican Republic today.
